After receiving a sample of the design, you can request any necessary changes until you’re completely satisfied (excessive or unreasonable changes – e.g. redoing the whole concept from scratch – may result in additional charges at an hourly rate).

Unfortunately no. Coming up with the right concept and designing samples takes a lot of work. Your payment will pay for the many hours we put into researching and designing samples. Also, the I have costs ( freelancers, taxes, etc) that won’t go away if you decide to abandon the project. The best I can do is offer you an installment plan (50% upfront and 50% after you see the first sample of your design).
