Just relax and let us do the work. We do a lot of research and start sketching out ideas. Our team will carefully develop the best one and present it to you within 7 business days* via email.

Step 3

Revise & Deliver

We begin to make the necessary revisions on the design based on your feedback. Once everything is approved, we send all the files to your email in various formats. Each suitable for specific platforms and applications.

Small delays can still happen due to events beyond our control like illness, higher demands, or computer failures. But don’t worry! We always got you with the highest quality design.

Logos: JPG 3000×3000 px, 300 dpi. PNG with transparent background. Vector AI/PDF.

No, we don’t. It’s up to the customer (logo owner) to copyright his logo at the copyright office of his country and to do a trademark search and any federal registration if he feels like it. M8Designz grants the customer full ownership of the original design so it can be used in any kind of medias for promotion and profit use.

Yes I can come up with the ideas by myself, however you will have to sign our agreement stating that you accept what I come up with. After receiving a sample of the design, you can request any necessary changes until you’re completely satisfied (excessive or unreasonable changes – e.g. redoing the whole concept from scratch – may result in additional charges at an hourly rate).

Unfortunately not at the moment. I don’t have an actual physical office. I work with people from all around the world. I’m available 24/7 via email or social media.

Unfortunately no. Coming up with the right concept and designing samples takes a lot of work. Your payment will pay for the many hours we put into researching and designing samples. Also, the I have costs ( freelancers, taxes, etc) that won’t go away if you decide to abandon the project. The best I can do is offer you an installment plan (50% upfront and 50% after you see the first sample of your design).
