Charleville came in with a record of 0-8.  Even though they haven’t won a game all year we knew that they still could be a very dangerous team.  They came in and played there hearts out.  They gave us a lot of trouble.  At one point the game was tied at 73-73.  Our point guard Jerrold went down with an injury and they took advantage of it by going to a zone on us.  We struggled in the zone but eventually figured it out.

I played great!  My legs were light even though I was suffering from a thigh bruise and a strained achilles.  All of my shots felt great and in rhythm.  Guess you can credit my hard work during the week.  I finished the game as leading scorer with 28 points on 8-11 shooting from the field and 10-13 from the free throw line.  Also added 3 rebounds and 5 assist with an evaluation of 28.

I was very satisfied with my work from the free throw line and scoring off the ball.  That’s two areas I’ve really been focusing on to become a better player and be more efficient.
